The Frank behind the name

Frank's Plumbing and Remodeling is a Stratford, Connecticut plumbing and remodeling business. The owner is Frank Ballaro, and the company is Frank's Plumbing & Remodeling LLC.

The business works two trades, and says so in its own advertising: plumbing repairs and new installations on one side, heating systems and hot water heaters alongside, and total bath and kitchen remodeling, marble and tile, additions and decks on the other. Remodeling projects start with a conversation: call and describe the job.

What customers say about Frank stays close to their own words: he arrives on time, repairs efficiently and thoroughly, explains the problem clearly, and his crew is efficient and polite. There is more to Frank's story than that, but it is his to tell.
